Return Window

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and supplier-fulfilment reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:

Used or damaged items not caused by a delivery issue
Items returned without original packaging where packaging is required
Personal-use products where a hygiene seal has been opened
Final-sale, clearance, or custom items, where clearly stated before purchase
Gift cards

Starting a Return

Your full name
Order number
The item you wish to return
The reason for your return
Clear photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from our team. Return addresses may vary depending on the fulfilment partner.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within [7] days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Forged Kingz, a damaged item, or a defective item.

If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund where permitted and where this has been communicated before the return is sent.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and supplier fulfilment. If an exchange is not available, we may offer a refund or another appropriate resolution.
